Who we are, is more accurately, who am I.    

At this time I, Mark Archibald from Ashland County Ohio, am editor, writer, etc. Bicycling is more than a hobby, more than a form of exercise; it is a part of life for the enthusiast. And an enthusiast is what I describe myself as.  Because bicycling is such a big part of my life I've wanted to share my adventures, insights, and opinions on a website entirely focused on bicycling in Ohio. So the Cycling Ohio dot com website was constructed to put Ohio bicycling content online. ©The cycling enthusiast's resource for Ohio bicycle routes, trails, reviews, and more! Is our motto, and my goal is to strive for continual improvement poised at one day meeting the goal of being ‘The Resource for Ohio Bicycling”.

Why are we a dot com rather than dot org or dot info?

            The main reason is I would like to earn a little income to cover the cost of the annual fees for web-hosting, domain renewal, and maybe, just maybe a tiny bit to help defray the cost of traveling to many different locations, then putting that information on the website. Therefore a dot com was necessary to attract a few advertisers and affiliate programs.
